We're a small whiskey operation in Northern California, specializing in small batch hand crafted whiskey. Each Step of the process is done by hand, down to the wax caps. We produce about 1,500-2,000 cases per year in our 1,000sqft distillery. All of our whiskey is aged in used Napa Cab barrels.
