Temple of the Moon Gin

Tasting Notes:

• Intense aromas of juniper, citrus peel, anise, and full and viscous and a gently bitter finish.
• Dark berries, a hint of menthol, and of course the sweetness of the juniper.
• Nice balance of alcohol and acidity, I could see this gin working very well in a G&T or a pink gin.
