Defiant Whisky Devil’s Cut

Devil's Cut began as a mistake! We collect our distillation in Milk Cans off the still. We produce most of our whisky on wooden spirals. Once these spirals are used we collect them and sell them. The wet spirals were saved in the same milk cans we collect whisky in. By mistake they were left in the distillery where the temperature reaches up to 120 degrees. When the milk cans were moved, we notices liquid sloshing. The heat had extruded the spirits from the wood spirals. We decided to taste it- we originally shared it only among the distiller and patrons who visited the distillery. Our customers clamored for our oaky unusual whisky and Devil's Cut was born.
