This one hits all the right notes — lots of roasted agave on the nose, plenty of agave on the palate along with sweet-but-not-cloying vanilla, and a beautiful, lush mouthfeel.
This is a great argument that unaged agave spirits are for sipping as well as mixing (though I wouldn’t mind playing around with this in a cocktail or several).
