• Light gold in color. A touch of violet on the nose. A bit hotter for the ABV. Soft and on the sweet side on the first sip with a touch of juniper on second. Enjoyable and balanced.
• Well-crafted and pleasing. Wanted more complexity.
• A dry nose belies a dark fruit sweetness that’s beautifully balanced out with oak and spice.
• A great sipper that I suspect would go well with a cigar.
• Exceptionally satisfying, like a journey back to see family.
